I use several validated approaches to address clients' unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Twelve-step Facilitation (TSF). Whether your symptoms of depression, anxiety, or other social and emotional stressors are mild or severe, you can get better.

EVERY couple can benefit from couples counseling. Relationships are never perfect, but you can have one that is satisfying, secure, and loving, When a fulfilling relationship is what both partners want and they are ready for change, I often see a sense of hope and relief in couples within a few sessions, followed by lasting, positive transformation.

Experience & Background

Having overcome challenges myself, I have an intimate understanding of people's struggles and offer hope to people who sometimes have very little. With 20 years of accumulated professional education and practice it is a pleasure to guide others through similar journeys. More about me to come.

Clients come from across the Sacramento Valley and Sierra Foothills. Several quiet air purifiers run simultaneously for your well-being. Tissues and water are plentiful. As long as you reside in California, I can help you by meeting online too. For people in the area, I offer several options for refreshing outdoor walk-talk therapy.
